Training with someone else is a great way to go faster and further in your workout.
Mellie is LA captain of adidas runners. Long-distance running is her thing. Her partner, Natasha, is a former track and field athlete. Together, they take on a variety of strength training and speed exercises. Warm up stretches, shuffle runs, squat jumps, speed sprints, the dreaded plank.
