While initiating the exchange, I explicitly mentioned the exact issue with the product. Despite this, after your inspection process, I was sent back the same defective product, without the issue being resolved. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I honestly did not expect this level of carelessness from a brand like Adidas. The entire process feels unacceptable and careless. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I am traveling to my home country on December 25, and this item was purchased as a gift. Due to my travel schedule, I no longer have the time to return the product again. After reaching my country, I will now be forced to take the jacket to a tailor and pay out of pocket just to fix a manufacturing defect. I spent nearly 150 on this product, which is certainly not a small amount of money. For that price, I expect proper quality control and responsible handling of customer complaints. This experience has caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I request that this issue be taken seriously and that you provide an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.
