very good
these shoes are for tempo runs they come alive wehen the pace goes up! otherwise they feel stiff for a normal runner jogger etch due to the rhodes althoug the lightstrike oro feels great for a midfoot runner they are not for everyone choose evo sl for lighter non stiff all round feeling fhese are for real training in fast tempo
