The product (cleaner) didn’t remove the food stain from my Addidas gazelle. I was advised by the customer agent to purchase the product (cleaner). I used it as advised but just worsened it. Now I returned my sneakers back to Addidas but was sent back to me as they said there was nothing that can be done. I wasn’t happy as there was no form of compensation or refund. This sneaker was a gift to my wife.
