Nice, but sizing is off

I like the style, however, they run very large. I wear a size 7 or 7 1/2 in women's. These are unisex and I was sent a size 6 in men's. Customer service insists that is the correct exchange for a women's size 7, but they are very big on me.

I got this 2 months ago , and EXCUSE ME? it’s stunning! It got inspired by Real Madrid’s third kit with the blue color and the 3 adidas white stripes. It’s so comfy to the point I started to wear it more than my sambas , I wore it every single day! At this point nothing happened to it , it didn’t become old and dirty . It’s just fine , comfy and clean! You must try! You won’t regret
