Great trainers for stability -squats deadlift etc . Not great for walking or treadmill as they aren’t very flexible , but perfect for strength training . I’m usually a size 6.5/7

Very flat and hard , good for leg days.
It’s hard and flat. It’s really good or designed for heavy weights day like leg day. The color is awesome.
