These trainers are awesome. This is my second pair (bought them in white also) and they are 100% reliable for working out. I use them specially for HIIT or kickboxing, but they are also excellent for strength training, or if I have to run around and be on my feet long periods of time. I had read reviews about these shoes helping with plantar fasciitis, which is a big issue for me, and I can vouch for it, it definitely helps. The shape and support hits exactly where need to support the arch and keep my foot in place and prevent from shifting. 1000% recommended!!

Perfect shoes for HIIT classes also use them for my combat classes. Love the extra support around the ankles. I like the width I have wider feet and they feel super comfy and bouncy I would highly recommend
