these are comfy shoes for running. I do feel a great push out each step which I love. But they are starting to come apart. not to mention i stood on a rock out running and now have a massive hole in the sole.

I heard a lot of hype about these and eventually gave in. Safe to say they are a really solid running shoe and I’m very happy with my purchase. However, they run small. I purchased my normal running shoe size originally (which is already half a size bigger than my casual shoes), and on my first 5k in them I ended it with black toe nails, from the being too small. When checking while stationary they seemed to fit, but I think something about their design (and potentially my running style too) mean that your foot can slip forward a tad and touch the tip of the shoe quite easily. Make sure you go at least a half size up from your normal running shoe size. So I had to buy a 2nd pair half a size bigger, now I have 2…
