Good Fit - The size is actually true to what you think it says i.e a medium is a medium etc. The material has the extra feel of comfort, unlike some other cheaper brands. Longer in the body I have found as well, so doesn't lift up when doing overhead work.

i would recommend the product to buyers . the vest is comfortable, fitting not too tight. it's well designed for my gym regular workout
