Ordered khaki and white as advertised. Received grey and black ( as had others when I read reviews) I complained and was offered a refund or keep hat with ‘compensation’. As hat was a gift needed for that day I opted for compensation . I was given £4 off any FULL PRICE item over £26! I complained about this and one advisor said I could use it in any item that was double the voucher price, eh. £8 or over, another confirmed it had to be on a full price item over £26. Customer service need training and get your info correct. You call that compensation? Needless to say the £4 voucher won’t be getting used .
