Comfortable and speedy shorts. Has 3 slots for gels and you could probably squeeze 2 in each to carry a total of 6 gels. These are open pockets so was a bit worried gels would fall out but they held in well. The rheon material definitely keeps your legs going towards the later stages of races. In terms of size, I am tall and have slim legs. I went for my usual size of medium and they did feel slightly loose towards bottom of thigh but are fine on the mid, upper and hips. They are excellent shorts but do feel the cost is very expensive.
