These training shoes are great for my strength workouts. They are very stable and comfortable. The sizing is about a half size smaller than my normal athletic shoe, but I ordered them in both an 8.5 and a 9, and I was able to return the larger size easily, which I very much appreciated. I do find them a little stiff in the toe box, but that will probably resolve with wear and is a minor issue when compared with the stability. Overall, a great training shoe . . . and nice looking, too!

Great for lifting stability
I wanted a pair of trainers that would me more support and stability whilst at the gym. These have been absolutely perfect. they do come up quite high of the ankle in order to provide the support so I won't be wearing they for walking or running as they would rub.
I feel so much more confident lifting in these
