Nice material if a little thicker than normal. I bought a size large previous as was advised to by shop assistant. This time I purchased the medium which is a much better fit. I'm 5ft 7" and a size 12/14 and they fitted perfectly. Nice high waist with large band and they don't slip down when moving. I wore them for a hyrox race and they were very comfortable.
